Terms of Service

Please read the terms of service thoroughly and ensure you're comfortable with them all before I accept your commission!

▪ All prices for my work are stated in GBP (£) and are just base prices for those items. Additional fees may occur for extra animation work, additional files or higher complexity of design. Please ensure you're clear with your original request so I can accurately price the work for you beforehand!▪ All commissions should be paid upfront via Paypal invoice once I approve them. If you have an issue with this, please message me and we can work something out.▪ All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only by the commissioner (unless otherwise stated). If you wish to use my work for merchandise or to sell items with my work on them in any way - you must message me first to discuss additional commercial fees.▪ You MUST credit me for my work either in your Twitch panels / YouTube bio / etc. This can be done by either adding my Twitter username (eg. "Stinger transition made by @starvsdesigns on Twitter") or by adding a direct hyperlink to my Twitter profile after listing the assets I created for you. If I notice you haven't added credit to me, I will politely reach out to you and ask you to add it. Refusing to add credit after that message will relinquish your permission to use anything I designed for you - as you would then be breaching my terms of service listed here.▪ I require either a detailed description of what you would like to commission and / or reference photos. I cannot work without clear information about what you'd like. Please consider the characters / designs you want to be included, colour scheme used, overall layout, additional decoration, etc. before reaching out to me to order.▪ Please ensure you have permission from the appropriate artists if you want me to use existing assets in your designs! (Eg. if you want me to use a chibi of your character in a transition - please make sure that the artist of that chibi is comfy with me using their art!)▪ If I'm unable to complete the commission for personal reasons, I will issue a full refund. If you choose to cancel the order before I begin working on it, you may also receive a full refund. Once I've started the work - no refund will be issued to you if it's not due to my own personal reasons.▪ A few small revisions / changes are free. Large changes (eg. redrawing the pose after the sketch has been approved) or very large amounts of small changes will incur additional fees.▪ Rush orders are available for an additional fee, please tell me if you need your commission completed quickly.▪ Please do not modify, redraw or copy my work in any way without my consent or knowledge. If you wish to use my designs as reference or want to have them altered in any way - please reach out to me to make sure I'm okay with it :)▪ I have the right to share any commission work on my social media (@starvsdesigns) during any stage of the commission process if not discussed with me otherwise. I will respect debut / special event dates though - so please let me know if you'd like me to delay posting about your commission until after you've debuted or showed the graphics off yourself!▪ I have the right to decline any commission requests that I do not feel comfortable with. I also have the right to request removal of any commission that breaches these terms. If the commissioner is uncooperative, unintelligible or continuously changes what they want from me - I will cancel the commission.As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to the designs I create. You may not claim my work as your own or use it for anything but personal use unless agreed otherwise.

I can't put into words how grateful I am to have so many amazing friends !!! I couldn't be here without every single on of you <3 I know I could never write out everyone's names to thank, but I wanted to list a few of the major people in my life who I owe everything to!

Firstly of course... My wonderful boyfriend and partner (in crime!) - @squiwaw!!! Every day he makes me a better person and I am so so happy I get to spend another birthday with him <3 He's my comfy place + I am so happy he introduced me to vtubing and continued to motivate me to stream!
